Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Conversational proficiency in English or Norwegian (mandatory)
- Previous experience working as a plater in a workshop environment
- Valid D-number (advantage)
- Driving license (advantage)

- Strong team player with a cooperative mindset
- Precise and clear in communication
- Dedicated to maintaining a high standard of health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices
- Reliable and customer-focused
- Experience required – The welders will be tested on site
